Mark Lee Kean Phi (born 1973) is a Singaporean-nominated member of parliament and a business leader. He is the current CEO of Sing Lun Holdings Pte Ltd, a family-owned conglomerate with multiple business interests worldwide. Key businesses include investment and real estate. In 2018, Sing Lun received the EY-Standard Chartered Family Business Award of Excellence.[1]



In addition to his CEO role, Mark has other roles in various companies. He is the Managing Director of Vac-Tech Engineering Pte Ltd, a hazardous waste management company specializing in cleaning, transporting, and treating hazardous waste. Vac-Tech Engineering has been operating for over 20 years and has offices in Singapore and the Philippines.


Mark is also a Non-Executive Director at Crystal International Group Limited (CIGL), one of the world's leading apparel manufacturers. The company employs around 80,000 in 20 facilities in five countries and is listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.[2]



His extensive track record in business helped him earn the "Most Outstanding Entrepreneur" title during Singapore's Asia Pacific Entrepreneur Awards 2010. He received the prestigious Ernst & Young (EY) Entrepreneur of the Year (Manufacturing) Award five years later. The following year, Mark was included in the Committee for Future Economy (CFE), a 30-member group set up by the Prime Minister to ensure Singapore's continued growth and welfare.


As an active contributor to the business community, Mr. Lee serves as a Council Member of the Singapore Business Federation, holding positions as Deputy Treasurer, Chairman of the Jobs and Skills Committee, and Vice-Chairman of the Young Business Leaders Network.[3] He also contributes to Council Member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce, where he serves as Chairman of the Youth Business & Sustainability Committee.


He became a Council Member of the Singapore Business Federation, Deputy Treasurer, Chairman of the Jobs and Skills Committee, and Vice-Chairman of the Young Business Leaders Network, strengthening his contributions to the business group. In addition, he serves as a Council Member of the Singapore Chinese Chamber of Commerce, where he was appointed Chairman of the Youth Business & Sustainability Committee.


Mark has interests in various issues, including education and culture. He is a committed board member in numerous organizations, such as the Singapore National Heritage Board, Yusof Ishak Institute of South-East Asian Studies, Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital, and Singapore Sports School, where he leads the Financial Assistance Fund Committee. Also, Mark is currently the Chairman of the Asian Civilisations Museum and Peranakan Museum. He was the Chairman of the Textile and Fashion Federation Training Centre (TaF.tc) academic and examination board and a past board member of Business China. He also served as the immediate past president of the Singapore Textile and Fashion Federation (Taff); Mr. Lee was an advisor and immediate past president of the Singapore Textile and Fashion Federation (Taff).
