Foo Mee Har (Chinese: 胡美霞; pinyin: Hú Měixiá; born 10 January 1966) is a Malaysian-born Singaporean politician and member of parliament from the ruling People's Action Party (PAP). Foo was the member of parliament for the Ayer Rajah division from 2011 to 2020. She has been representing the Ayer Rajah-Gek Poh division since 2020.

Education
Foo attended Ave Maria Convent School in Ipoh, Perak, Malaysia, from 1973 to 1982 and Loreto Normanhurst in Sydney, Australia, from 1983 to 1985. She completed her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of New South Wales in 1989 with first-class honors in psychology.
Early career
Foo started her career in management with Coopers and Lybrand Management Consultants (now Pricewaterhouse Coopers) and the PA consulting group. She later became the HR head of Jardine Matheson's shipping unit.
She then held various positions at Standard Chartered Bank for almost 20 years, working in several countries such as Thailand and Australia. In March 2011, Foo appeared in the Sunday Times' Women at the Top series, an eight-part weekly series on successful women in Singapore.
In July 2015, Foo was Chief Executive Officer of the Wealth Management Institute in Singapore.
Political career
Foo began her political career with the PAP in 2010 and contested the 2011 general election. She stated that her overseas experience as a banker "gave her the opportunity to look inside Singapore, its government, systems, and processes."

• Business Transformation: Backing targeted government assistance for small and medium-sized enterprises and fostering innovation.
• Retirement Adequacy: Increasing public understanding of the Central Provident Fund and exploring options to advance financial security for senior citizens
• Education: Promoting educational reforms to prepare future generations for Industry 4.0 and focus on lifelong learning.
• Jobs and Training: Promoting skills development among Singaporeans and enhancing the link between training programs and employability.
Personal life
Foo is married and has two sons.
