Template:Duplicate/doc

This is the blank template to be copied to the duplicated pages.

Paste the page name of the duplicate page in the space behind the pipe and insert this template in the 2nd duplicate (page name "duplicate-2"), like this example:

{{Duplicate| duplicate-1 }} --> template prepended to page name "duplicate-2"

After that, insert the template in to the 1st duplicate page but change the page name to "duplicate-2"

{{Duplicate| duplicate-2 }} --> template prepended to page name "duplicate-1"

This template adds the [[Category:Duplicates]] to both duplicated pages. Editors can just check for dupes under this category and retain the corresponding pages accordingly. Pages to be deleted should be tagged with Template:ToBeDeleted for wiki admin to delete as editors do not have the user right to delete pages.
